I view the Canadian Dollar as an Oil currency and the following chart from Sentimenttrader.com shows an unusual buildup of commercial long positions. Looking at the Crude COT it is also showing a buildup of commercial longs which makes me believe that oil is building a base rather then a continuation pattern.
While the CD may go lower I am starting a scale down buy program in the CD futures.
