OIH shorts have no reason to cover until horizontal support/resistance at 129.60 is surpassed (135.80 is horziontal above).

USO shorts have no reason to cover until 48-49 is surpassed.

my 2 cents..downside targets - who knows.

monitoring the trades using the 5 and 20 sma's on the 13 and 60 minute and daily...prudent to watch for upside moves first before covering.

the 5 sma on the daily and the 20 sma on the 60 minute reside above $130.00

127.75 is H support/resist where OIH battle needs to resolve now to determine whether a sustained further decline can take place..sellers emerge so far on every attempt near $130...shorting rallies has been the play for mos. now.
