Well with the NDX and RUT down -2.00 % at this time that makes +4.0 % so I really don't have to wait for the

5-7 % anymore, since last Thursday we've reached it !

However since we've reached it so quickly and are still early in the move I may let it go at least 1-2 full weeks.

Well just have to see as we go.
