RSI is at or near previous important bottoms...including the Oct. 2002 and 2004 bottoming area's....want to see the full sto 21,3,3 turn up from here.....616 has to hold....and if that fails...604 is a MUST hold. For interest sakes.....604 is exactly a 10% correction from the top if hit. If/when OEX bottoms...the market bottoms.
Want to see the spx:vix hold marked areas and get back above the 272ema.
