Did you know the Great lakes (Michigan, Superior, Erie, Huron & Ontario) are the largest body od fresh water in the world? Did you know how they came into being? During ther last ice age 10,000 years ago that area was covered with glaciers, several miles thick. Then came the warming cycle which was potent enough to melt all that ice and the great lakes were born. And we know for sure there were no SUV's or coal burning power plants around to cause any global warming by humans at that time! So it is beyond obvious that earth goes thru major and minor warming and cooling cycles. Could the earth be in a warming cycle now? It is entirely possible. But humans may not be responsible for it. Nature has plenty of history of causing global warming on its own. It is a huge mistake to deny global warming. Because then the pro-global warming folks will blame it entirely on humans. That is the mistake pro-nuclear energy folks make. They keep saying nuclear power is safe. Then at the slightest mishap the anti people say "we told you nclear power is NOT safe". What the pro-nuclear should say instead is that nuclear power has risk. But the risk is a lot less than oil & coal power. Thousand times more people die from oil & coal industry accidents than nuclear. Not to mention nuclear does not pollute the air.
