Scalping........11 es on the day so far.....no sense getting committed. PS. could be an ED shaping up on 10 min es...would mean one more low to approx. 1385. Double bottom possible on oex.

staying max-max-max short from spx 1427, as previously reported. these churn days are the worst thing for the bulls and i expect, generally, this to be the pattern for weeks and months and all the way into the massive low in the fall of 2010. if this is not the Big C there will not be one, imho. but it has ALL the signatures - the bad news one would expect in a C wave plus the dramatic start plus the bottom looking and picking. fwiw: on the monthly, it will look like a crash, but i do not expect a crash on the daily and weekly. this will make it harder for the fed to react strongly until it is waaaaay too late.

scalping both direction; the strong directional move yesterday leads to high probability of action above and below the open (cpivot important here);
eye on the usdyen, and crosses.

globex highs, globex lows, and central pivot params. ;)

I am trying the new ETF PDP; added another 500 shares at 23.60; 1000 total running an extremely tight stop for all at 23.40 MDW :)
