In regard to ProFunds, I've had good luck. I am just getting out of my Nikkei short position using their UKPIX. Of course, the only thing I don't like is the end of day feature. In regard to Emerging Markets, the US$ will weaken this year after April, personally I'm not investing overseas except positions on the Nikkei, but my next target there is to reestablish another short position next week.
