Both had relatively long up channels and temporarily went above those channels, 1994(top chart) eventually broke an approx. equivalent amount below the lower channel as it had gone above the upper channel. Will 2007's Dow (bottom chart) do something similar? Note the down-slope of the recent lows on the 2007 chart.(Red Line)
