There will be more houses for sale according to the latest government housing start data. I wonder any sub-subprime lenders out there? :D :D :D

Completions and permits are both declining sequentially and year over year.
Starts tend to be more volatile due to weather.

The problem is that the number of homes being built still remains far above the number
of new homes being sold (even before the tightened lending kicks in). See sales data
below.
