Another great call, P&F !! Im staying long TSL, golds. CHN w/in 1% of last week's posted target (33). LOTS of volume on QID today, may have further down to go to 50-51 range. Will be picking up OTM puts next 2-3 days ...

You expect to see an Island Reversal at the end of a long selloff or at the end of a run up. But what about a bullish Island Cluster Reversal at/near the top. A near perfect setup is there for the QQQ/NDX and one close to that for the COMP. The spiders can do the same. Europe should follow the lead of the world's cash register and be up big. Something tells me they will try to do it. If they do....I will fade it....plain and simple.

I have exhaustion (short term) on the QQQ, NDX and Nasdaq. NYA and RUT are close. Upside is possible but I think that it will be limited on the above three at exhaustion. Wildcard again is the SOX and SMH which, once again, have been the weak sisters but by now you should know what they did today signal wise. If I were guessing here based on what I see I would say that the markets go immediately higher to close some gaps, sell off briefly......yes that's what I said....the bubble blowers are back in the saddle with their chests poked waay, waay out.....and they always buy the first pullback after a big dummy run.....in fact they usually buy after the first day of pullback. If unsuccessful I would guess pullback to 1413 on the SPX and 43.81 on the QQQ, then another short term launch into the end of the month.
