I had a nice chat with Roger Arnold this morning and as usual, he had some fascinating insights.. but I'll save the details for him. He is pretty busy at present but promises to check in with us later in the week. I am sure many on this board remember Roger's radio shows....

Just for you, Mark:
Foreclosures - Covington, KY
The big ones seem to be selling pretty fast, though...In fact, there's not much left to buy in the Ascent or the Riviera.
But as I looked at thsoe properties, it looks pretty much like par for the course. Some crummy properties appear to have been overpaid for and also a couple rental properties. Nothing like a disaster.
That said, things are still pretty slow. I'm not seeing that many properties move.
But you sure can borrow money to buy right now, if you want to.
