Out of date ...yes it is.
Since 3/30 Carl has interviewed with ike at marketwatch.tv and said he expects another move lower.

PMO is merely a MACD.
That gave a buy in mid March.
That thrust signals looks like the Alpha MACD signal where you buy
when the MACD histogram crosses above zero. The SPX went up
24 points the next day.
The old Telescan online service used to sell a book that told how
to trade the Alpha MACD.
