I was holding some puts in the indexes on Friday (May ITM as a hedge for longs) and for some reason I bought a fat lottery ticket at the close. A giant pile of Apr XLF calls for .2. I looked at the charts of the XLF, XBD, and BKX and saw this as a great risk/reward way to hedge my hedge--LOL. I figured if this market was going up it would be the financials that led the VST rally. After catching the short end of the overnight stick a few times in the past six months I finally drew the long straw today......
