note current price 31.50 relative to the 200 period ma



btw...on 3/26 the 15ma crossed below the 200 ma on the 13-minute chart at approx. $32.95

bzh weekly

I've been short for months (BZH and a couple others). I'm hanging in there but it's been PAINFUL the past few days. I expect even worse news mid summer from the builders. I'm looking to cover at a new low for the DJUSHB. It's very hard to borrow BZH these days as I tried to add a little but couldn't. I did take some profits a week ago or so but not enough LOL.

Tim,

someone at another TA list just posted in reply to my post about BZH there that - (his words)

and DHI, TOL, RYL, etc. have all seemed to have completed 5 full waves down

(more was said, but am not going to take liberties more than I have with someone else's post)

That could be true and perhpas I've overstayed my welcome. I'm not a big waver except for very big picture stuff. One thing I know is that housing is a long cycle business. The next up wave is a couple years out minimum and we haven't even hit the bottom yet. The market looks ahead but not that far. FWIW I have many weekly charts spking lower on big volume--higher than the last weekly low and we didn't even challenge it on the DJUSHB. Today is pure short covering IMO if you look at LEN, KBH and BZH--straight up. I could be looking at more pain in the days ahead but I think we get a retest at minimum. Hopefully I'm right cause right now I'm getting 'scorched'. Fortunately the positions aren't overly large for me.

31.66 to 32+ BZH looks like an impt Horiz. zone....above that is major scorch..until then, who knows?
