Monthly chart price actions on major internet stocks are bullish

AMZN target near 50 coming up after the earning report.

AMZN breakout is successful breakout.

Now, we need to get EBAY breakout to be successful!

I am positive on internet/telecom stocks because it is future commerce and global, future communication.

Which one are you referring to? Qs is targeting $50.

$SOX measured target is 560.


AMZN met $50 target in AH, then, I am anticipating consolidation in ST.

Yes. Kudos on the semi call. You were the only one calling it with conviction. Amazingly there are still an army of non-believers but that's perfectly fine with me. Keep up the good work.

This is showing weekly price actions. My monthly $SOX is showing initial buy signal.

Monthly $SOX was consolidating for 7 years in a coil-symmetrical triangle formation after the big 1999-2000 rally. $SOX 560 is the target. On monthly price aciton, it traded above Dec2004 and Mar2005 high supports.

Breaking above $560 is very bullish.

I also practice drawing some trendlines on the weekly SMH going back 5 years, connecting 02, 04, and 05 highs. The slope of this 5 years trendline is much flatter than your 7 years monthly but even this one is showing a clear breakout today. Volume is still a little light compare with the relentless distribution of the last 3 years so it's highly probable that we are still in the early stages of the advance. It's about time that these backbones of the economy receive some attention.

I am buying more tomorrow.
