40 points on my YM short (50% of my position).

Entry

Not so confident about SPX 1494 scenario now. I hate gap-downs ! All the same, still holding the rest 50% of my shorts in case this develops into a gap-down and run day. We'll see.....

Covered the rest 50% at breakeven. This is why i hate gap-downs, especially the ones which create deeply oversold condition on hourlies.

FWIW: I look for adam and eve candle stick pattern (quant here (up&dwn vol, tick, trin,ma's on tiny tf)) under these conditions to help exit early at the risk of ruining a perfectly good short.

jjc,

I had indications early morning that a bounce was almost a given. But then, you gotta give your positions some chance if you have to catch the big moves. And since i already had profits on half my position, it didn't cost me anything to let the other half, house money, run.

Good trade! I learn quite a bit watching you and the other good traders that post. thx for posting.

I had a 62.0% metric on the bounce, the problem is the trend is a much bigger prize and not worth throwing
away too easy.
