IF sentiment still matters in today's market, II's bull/bear ratio is at 2.7:1..........hard to say its a good risk/reward ratio to go long in the next 6 months

It matters, but is it enough?
I will say that I'm seeing enough Bulls to maybe get a sell off, but I'm not seeing any one sector really leaning. Just parts of sectors. Actually, I'm not sure that I've seen it like this before.
