Actually, that's a great looking chart and a surprisingly easy set up. I'm rather surprised it didn't come up in ChartSmarts...

From the first of the year there were 4 signals, vol/price movement and then the gap, and 4 days. You did not need to know about the buy-out, you were told when those that did know bought.
