The month is all but finished and Sto. is leaning.
Like to see a bounce to get a better entry on, maybe VLO.

technically sure looks that way, but its a tricky puppy if you consider that hurricane season is right around the corner.

I wouldn't pay attentiont to WTI, but rather take a look at Brent Crude which is making new highs for the year. Oil is breaking out and the only thing holding back WTI is the slow pickup in refining. Once refining does increase WTI will lift and the historic spread of over $7 between WTI and Brent will close with WTI rallying. As long as Gasoline Futures (RBOB) continues to rise, crude oil will have a floor. The gasoline markets are extremely tight, days to cover are at a 51 year low - shorting crude is futile in such an environment in my opinion. Good luck.
