Yanno, I get an alert from Marketwatch when the Dow rallies 10 points to a new high, but the Shanghai index falls 8.3% and I get bupkis. Actually not so, I get some after the fact news bit on Dominion and another on HCP.

But there's not a Bullish bias in the media...no. It's not that I didn't know it, it's just that I thought that they'd try to hide it.

I have found that our press is way more objective and factual when talking about other countries esp ones that we have strained relations with, while when reporting on US markets/events/political etc they put on the filters and spin angles. So what you say is true but its about China thus being not booolish is ok. B)

For example reading about something that the Mexico City council did Reuters wrote along the lines "the leftist city government of Mexico City ....." But they would never write that about a US city council or say "the right wing controlled city council of Buke Montana .... when it comes to US events.
