I've been telling people to use Tumeric (dark yellow powder found in most curry spice) for years. It's finally getting more exposure - Feb 07 Vol 296, No 2 Scientific American magazine. Great article which gives information supporting it's anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. Also details studies that indicate it can help prevent cancer (especially colon cancer, but also leukemia and breast cancer), alzheimer's, arthritis and cognitve impairment. Not making this up folks. What you put in your mouth will either kill you or cure you.
Energy and long life to all, C.C. (p.s. - AVOID vinegar ... have also been saying that, for years ... but it will only be in Scientific American in 2017 :-)
