looks like today will be an inside day with good scalping back and forth...unlike the drop in February, this move looks more orderly and not oversold at all on the daily work..ST yes. After a day or 2 of this, it should resume into triple witch expo. A weak close would be a bad sign.

it would carry more weight if it takes out yest's high..otherwise not much. Or maybe we should all have been buying a "big one" yesterday

I'm not seeing a lazy friday scalp day; Everythings there for a big move. I wish direction were clearer.
I'm long.

good luck.

jjc, i am curious as to what you mean by 'everything is there' - i sometimes get this sense that the market is acting 'springy' and ready to move, but can never really explain why i feel it. which is not good of course.

That springing feeling is volatility, I believe. Largely my response was on based data from the futures arena (Volume, transaction size, Volatitily); What I would expect is a very quiet pre-lunch time, and
a break of the LOD and or HOD after 12:30 et. This is just a SWAG; Thing are just enough off the norm for me to be highly unsure.

I'm wrong; perhaps we coil til 3:30 to see if anything has changed in the cot.
