u dont gettit.....when rates start to rise and there is a purseption of higher rates to come the buying panic sets in before those houses get 2 expensive.....happens all the time.....

With all due respect, there is a huge oversupply of available housing right now. The panic I've been seeing is people who are stuck with houses and can't sell them... like three of my neighbors, who have continually lowered prices and still can't unload them. This is in an area that is traditionally a "hot" neighborhood where houses sell quickly.

theres a housing boom goin on in my area..... >stuck with houses< ??? maybe they should have inspected them more thoroughly before they bot them.....3 houses........how many houses in ur neighbor hood....4???..... :P maybe ur 3 neighbors want out cuz ur dog pizzez on der lawns......lololol

with global warming and warmer winters and hotter summers up north here in michigan the flite to the water short and hurricane prone south is losing its appeal.....
