They are stalled not just in price movement for the INDEX but the actual RUT charts for anything below a daily time frame on StockCharts.
They are not adding bars.. price is still working.
Little things like this always seem to have some weird affect on the markets.
Stay aware ..for when it changes
SHORT TERM RATIO.....and VXN AND VIX CHARTS AFFECTED TOO!

ALL this is seriously affecting the MAs and their cross overs!
Another observation. My data feeds from Trade Station are misbehaving. Lagging (as compared to my backup from another broker).

Tis usually the case as one signals a problem or acts up,.. there usually are a few others from either the same initial source... or.. piggyback providers.
Or just gosh darn Solar Flares..

You aren't the only one who plays that game. It was so bad this morning I had to reboot the computer to get TS to clear it's throat. Gad, that software is a pig when the markets get busy.
Once I find a package that draws as well as them I am out the door.
