Semi-how about that negative divergence between the soxx and QQQQ's today? And for the most part, so far there has been no shortage of volume on the drops.

Actually, we tested the high of the last day of volume today at 2612 and gave it up. Let's face it we went up 64 pts off yesterday's low without much of a consolidation. I think that's the best way to interpret this. I suspect the way we held on to 2587-92 yesterday that we could zip in there quick on light volume to prove the same point we proved yesterday at 2560.. namely only LIGHT volume selling pressure. And if they can't bust them down then they are going to push them higher...
64 pts from a consolidation at that 2587-92 level would take us to a new high, and that is probably in the cards... So good luck if you plan on shorting it. I'm not. I'm going fishing instead...
