3 Min trend turns DOWN on Nasdaq... first time in a week !!

Dive Alert.... Nothing major, just testing for weakness. First retracement stalled on no volume... going to test it again, probably... As long as that trend indicator points down though we watch...until that signal is confirmed or rejected.

We've been going up for a long period of time, a retracement is expected. If you read my post on McLaren Cycles last nite, he puts the do not break support or else the fast uptrend is over line at 2634.80, at least that was my read... Long 1/3 position QID.

Semi, What setup is the 3-min chart? What time frame + MA? Or are you just using a TL? rkd

11:37 My guess is we'll have to test today's low... we pushed down into it with volume... We're about to find out now if light volume going up is just fine, even if you dive on more... because overall it's still light on the daily.... SOX came in gap up this morning and is not budging.. that is where weakness has to show in order to have this be more than a simple retracement exercise... or worse... BEAR BAIT !! Oh, and til that fast uptrend is cancelled... the default is always NEW HIGHS !! So, don't forget about having a stop if you are short this thing...
