Thanks for the chart Selecto.
I believe this chart is one of your creations from about 1yr ago.
It has not been this "oversold" since March of 06'. It led to the final rally into the top in 06'.

FWIW $vix is close to closing a gap on the weekly chart from 04-11-2003 at 24.44
