FWIW,

Consumer sentiment rises in July

Figure comes in at 90.4, above June's reading of 85.3 but slightly below expectations; optimism about job, income prospects high. :P

Also, they were talking on CNBC about how J6P is not scared and buying dips. First, time I heard it there. Let's see the "Quality" of that bounce. The Cat may be dead.

I'm sure PPT is working hard trying to avoid a crash this week. So, I bet a bounce is unavoidable this week.

Red, that's what I am afraid of. Everyone is expecting a bounce. No doubt, statistically or for whatever oversold reason this will happen. My feeling is that it is not going to be a good one (i.e. lucky to see SPX 1500)

Consumer sentiment is NOT a contrarian sentiment, IMO.
