Of course they will be back. If you can borrow money as cheaply as you can in one place and invest them so much better in another place, there is no way you will pass the opportunity.

In addition to YCT, billions and billions of US dollars will come out of China to buy oversea stocks starting in August as the Chinese government just approved.
