John, here's the thing: there is no REQUIREMENT that an A-B-C-D-E triangle leads to a powerful, immediate breakout. It often does, but it's not a necessary requirement of the pattern. Until the E low is taken out, you can read the ups and downs from that point as 1-2's. Add the seasonality in and you've got a quite a mix.

Good point. And that's why I don't hang my hat on ewave analysis alone. Too many possible outcomes with this complex correction. Good luck in your trading.

jnavin, i dont know what else you use, but i think your e wave analysis is tops! we are in agreement in the outcome for the next several months. my concern is until we get out of venus retrograde, which ends 9/8. dharma

The only one I know is "mercury retrograde", dharma -- but I'm looking up "venus retrograde" now...or I'll ask my wife. She knows that stuff.

jnavin, there is a very high % reversal of trends when venus goes retrograde. essentially, everything reversed, gold, dollar, broads, etc. it is very powerful. dharma
