Looks like A/D on NYSE and NASDAQ are looking strong for a down day. This actually eludes to buying of weakness. I view this as bullish. Anyone else have different thought?

ogm mentioned that RUT is a good purchase on a strong A/D and coincidentally it is outperforming the market today. Makes sense really as RUT represents a broader spectrum and not driven by few a big caps.
