what is the significance of OEX outperforming SPX? You have mentioned it several times and I figured I would ask now:)

Look back, when the markets peaked in 2000, the ratio also peaked.
The ratio peaked in 2000 at around 0.5669. But the breakout from resistance at a similar level (0.4675) came in 1994.
After 1994 index prices climbed much faster than in previous years. I think that's what TP is getting at; expect a climatic run that will last a few or maybe fewer years.
