I typically read put/call in the following way. Go to CBOE website, which updates the numbers every 30 minutes. Compute CPCE and CPCI, and take ratio. If the ratio is below 0.3, it is bearish.
Right now (10:37AM) I expect the markets to break below morning low. This is based on observing DJR. I noted the time, because my post will not appear real time on this board.
I have been insanely busy with personal matters today and Staff is up to eyeballs in programming. Sorry about that.
