It has no choice with Dollar ready to tank.

Everyone knows they won't change rates on this meeting. And of course Fed is aware of the situation in credit markets. I bet they speak with bankers and dealers all the time. And they probably had a lot of conversations over the weekend, and thats why the financials rallied. What words they will mumble also doesn't matter. Of course they are aware and of course they won't risk the stability of the financial markets( not the stock market.. but the whole credit system) in their actions.. not just mumbo jumbo they give to the markets in statements. And of course we may sell on the news... what matters is what we'll do after that.
