It appears that per the VXO a bottom IT has been confirmed. However expect a retest of breakout line.

intraday break of that line yest, which was reversed by close. so I was wondering do you count it broken on intraday move today, or wait till the reading at close? I assume you count intraday move above since you are posting this here.

Per the chart timing I am using it never really broke the RED line. This morning it has IMO a nice break and have positioned some money based on that.
HOWEVER note I said to expect a retest of that line, and if it does not hold then I'm gone. There are other signs that at least a ST bottom is in.
Lots of MOMO stocks are starting to move, and yes might be a trap.
But I went with my best judgement at the time

vxo has a double top target of 15 fwiw....and I don't think we get much below that .....we may trend up with price and people won't believe what's coming... lol

Should have stayed with your judgement made a few chips, but sure do not like the looks of tomorrow.
Test of breakout appears to be a failure, not a test. The big swing may have effected the data points but we need to be VERY CAREFUL, IMO
