High five's all over the place... All I can say is.. volatility... But, don't forget deeply oversold Summations here. they are trying to turn. Volume very heavy today, and most of it to the upside so far. A/D line will close around 2 to 1 positive. And new highs/lows will register a significant improvement. This is a big boat and it doesn't turn on a dime. The market is trying to make a turn after a huge sell off. yes, 60 min charts got a little crazy and we ran into some resistance. A lot of stocks moved 15-20% in 2 days.. thats a lot. So consolidation is in order. And yet the sentiment is horrendous... Put call is high all day again. And no one believes this market can go up.

I have nothing against daytrading.. I'm making a sentiment related observation :) People seem to be too eager to jump the short trigger and announce victory. Its not about anyone specificaly. See, the close wasn't that bad... last 30 minutes matters.

Looking at a daily SPX cash, I see the close finished just below the 34 EMA. It tried to probe above it and could not. My best guess is that we can now safely test the bottom, presumably test it successfully because the previous volume was through the roof and it will be extremely difficult to surpass it. Then continue marching on and on. This whole scenario is shaping up to be very Feb 27ish.
