Especially lately the Boyz and street have been trading alot of major index options as volitility rises since this can be extremely profitable especially if you have inside knowledge of where the skelletons are located and when the news will come out. The finger prints are there just before the recent major moves. The usual options trading tools that are built into broker dashboards like Interactive Brokers TWS plateform are not good to see the boyz buying large blocks of options. You can see each bid/ask size and daily volume but you have to watch continuously and that's not time efficient. Any tool / service / tactic suggestions? How about home grown tools for IB's API? tnx curt
