btw, BSC is still above 107

OK, lay off.
BTW, NAV = 15.65
Not a bad discount. If it stays, given the current environment, I'd expect a take out by a private real estate fund. Or a fund that wants to take over one or more of the holdings in NRO's portfolio. Sell off the rest for a magic 7-10% profit.
