i'm seeing quite a difference today in the pct change for major etf's (dia, spy, q's, iwm) and underlying indices (dow, spx, ndx, rut) - anybody know if this has any significance on a intra or inter day basis? thanks

There was late selling Friday which the ETFs may have reflected while the indices did not. Today is likely reflecting "catch up" and is of no significance beyond that.
