Bulls: "Market is technically similar to March bottom + central banks are volcal about money-pump = swing low is IN" Bears: "Financial problems are big enough that central bank interventions will provide only temporary relief = more downside to come". Too soon to KNOW which is correct, so place your money down and spin the wheel!

If the market can go lower to 1380-1390, it can initiate a big rally later in August, instead the market will go through the sideways and wide trading range of water torture since there is a big resistance at 1500-1510... The IT investors will not jump in here until that resistance clears up, either by blasting higher from here (very unlikely with the speculative sentiment) or going sideways to clear the resistance by accumulating with a trading range... The harder it tries to rally here, the less the IT prospects for a big (sustainable) rally, imho... - kisa

Oh, he's around... you know, tradin', gettin' hosed.

(We were comparing consecutive losers years ago... his string was longer than mine, so he had to be "HoseA".)
