there was a 4 yr low however last year in june-july
done..can not even manage 10% (no rate cut..not really needed just IBs crying for more)

Shallowest ? How do you measure it ?
How about 1000s of stocks that are down 30-50% off the highs ?
Look at the summation. The damage done to the stocks outside of indexes is huge.

Maybe it's a 4.5 year cycle high. Value Line Geo made its high in April 1998 and its bear market low in October 2002. It's since retested its April 1998 all-time high after almost the same exact length of time.
