stopped out earlier tonight on my sept es's at 1408 for a 40 handle hit. that gave back 50% of my last closed short trade's gains. doing a bit of work, will post more later. i continue to believe this is the nominal 4.5 yr nest of cycle lows bottoming. taking a bit longer and lower than i thought it would. it happens. am updating the commonality model. INDU made new swing lows yesterday, 10 of the 30 INDU components confirmed it with new swing lows of their own. out of the 20 not making new swing lows, some are holding well above their previous lows.

nope, it gave way this week. we'll need another bounce to the 21 day sma, followed by a pullback that can hold at/above the lower envelope, to start the firming process.

yeah kis, thnx. saw it coming. it's ok, been a good yr. i'm confident i'll get it back plus more. usually when i take a hit it's on some fundamentals i don't/can't factor in. i suspect the same here.

It looks like we may want the previous 4th wave low for a double bottom...test of the May 06 high near 1330 if 1360 gives way.
