subprime hasn't hurt us growth yet and data coming out is still reasonably strong - at least as strong as it was when markets were moving higher for me this is just not about subprime - housing market has been in trouble for a long time and a drag on US growth for quite a while no news there - at some point we all know that markets will start focusing on data and earnings and they are strong enough for a new move up of at least 10 per cent
