Anyone watching European rates to see if a similar cut in Europe is in the cards for Monday? Are the big Central Banks going to coordinate their efforts with the USA? This might build on a "V" bottom.

they will not cut, but i think they will only raise rates once this year instead of twice, which was previously widely expected so basically it will have the samme effect as a rate cut
