Watch 1987 on ndx...that's the spot that we may turn down from to possibly create a right shoulder.

...and a small point....OEX has a bit of overlap I'm suspicious about...it either has to be a 1,2,1,2 start or something is fishy and could be a corrective move of which I have no idea of the form as of yet.
