Something is VERY wrong. They need to correct that or bust the trade. MY chart never shows a trade down there after about 9:37 or so, EST. I wish I was hip to the administrative side of the futures stuff. Anybody have insights and advice? My guess is call and talk to a manager immediately. Mark And make sure you didn't mistype your stop. :o M

IC...call 'em up. That's crazy--their platform is usually accurate and reliable.

Make sure you make a copy of and save your audit trail. IT By the way, report this immediately. It was a sell-stop and not a buy-stop, right? IT

If it was a buy-stop, then there's no need to report

IB is mostly great. The big problem I have with them is with bracket orders. I go to change the stop, and it won't let me sometimes. It's a bug that says "unavailable to short" even though I'm just putting a stop in (with the same number of shares as I bought). Very strange. I suppose I'll call 'em. D
