I was listening to that segment on CNBC about foreclosure statistics... For 5 minutes she was talking about how horrible the statistics are and by how much they all went up in % terms... And at the end of it, she said that if not for 7 states ( 4 states in Midwest, Florida, Nevada, California) The number of foreclosures would actually be down....... That phrase took her 10 seconds. So... in 43 states out of 50 the statistics are much better. I didn't read the report myself, would be interesting to see the stats.

this was the count I posted about 6 weeks ago...the Y=W target got hit and didn't take as long as I though...this could be quite bullish. Here's a then and now count..
