like i told hiker when he was buying shld a couple months ago,these stores are always empty and if you go in it`s like your heading into the 70`s and the land is worth crap now :P

Yep. Not to mention they basically have to admit that the consumer side of the business is essentially a subprime lending operation. Can't imagine a buyer for the land in this environment.
