That is scary. It can be like a virus and spread. I know CFC is advertising heavily here in TX for their CD at 5.65. They are trying desparately to get capital. Not falling for the Bait and Switch even if it is a FDIC insured. Who is going to insure the gov't :P

Sky, I hate to disagree. This is simply another brick in that ridiculous "wall of worry." Banks going under the day after the BOE refused to cut rates? I wouldn't even give it a second thought. Everything is under control.
