Gold is good. It is fun to own stocks that go up in value. :D :lol: :D

It's the $Buck! Present weakness and expectation for more. (watch out for intervention by the rest of the world, they are beginning to hurt REALLY bad. I would not be surprised that a weak dollar policy -- along with OTHER fundamental reasons -- isn't in play. Reason this MIGHT be so? Effort to shrink Balance of Payments and a boost to US exporters)
